• Can I get my jewellery wet?

    We do not recommend wearing your jewellery in the water. Although plain water is less harmful, chlorinated pools, soaps and shampoos etc and salt water can be quite corrosive and will lessen the life of your jewellery.

    Also, avoid your gold plated jewellery coming into contact with perfume or lotions. The chemicals may react with the plating and cause it to wear off prematurely.

  • Can I return my jewellery?

    We want you to be completely happy with your Louloúdi Jewels purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact via the ‘Contact’ page to discuss the issue, and arrange a refund or exchange.

    Please note: Returns must be sent back within 3 weeks of receiving your order, unworn and in original packaging. Please include a note with your name. Sale items are not refundable and returns are only accepted if items are faulty. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Incorrect or faulty items will be refunded or replaced and sent back with free postage.

    Louloúdi Jewels are not liable for packages lost in transit when being returned.

  • Can I design a custom piece of jewellery?

    Yes! At Louloúdi Jewels we offer a custom jewellery option. Please view our website for information regarding the materials we have available and submit your custom jewellery request via the ‘Contact’ page.

  • How do I clean my jewellery?

    To clean gold plated jewellery buff gently with a soft clean cloth. Do not use chemically treated jewellery cloths on your plated jewellery. They are designed for solid gold and silver jewellery and will wear down the protective layer and plating on your pieces.

  • My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

    If your order standard shipping order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us via the ‘Contact’ page. We will investigate the issue further and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Australia Post has notified us that some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

    Under normal circumstances they aim for:

    • Same state: 2–5 business days

    • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

    Express Post is still the fastest way to get your order, but Australia Post can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.
